2018 - 2019
Intumescent coatings were expertly applied to the steelwork of the newly built two-floor extension to the existing four-storey property, utilizing Nullifire's SC802 product to encapsulate and protect the new structure from fire risks.
The office reconfiguration features a newly designed lift lobby and riser formation servicing all six levels. We enhanced the aesthetic appeal and functionality with the installation of new light box perimeter bulkheads and chequerboard ceiling margins, designed to accommodate the SAS 330, 300x1200mm plank system.
Additionally, a new toilet block and reception area were constructed using high-quality components from British Gypsum, while Thistle Multi-Finish Skim Coat was applied to all new and existing walls and soffits, ensuring a smooth, refined finish throughout.
To elevate the space further, decorative coatings were applied to all partitions, soffits, margins, and woodwork, sourced from Dulux. On the exterior, the brickwork underwent an extensive Doff clean to prepare it for a uniform application of Keim Mineral Paints, revitalizing the aged facade and enhancing the overall appearance of the property. This comprehensive refurbishment creates a modern, inviting environment for all occupants and visitors.
