East stand hospitality development. Decorative coatings and wall coverings applied to the newly constructed hospitality areas.

THAMES BARRIER
CAFE

The project involved external cladding repairs and new coatings, along with internal upgrades and decorative finishes at the Thames Barrier Cafe.

NHOW HOTEL

Construction of the plantroom and BoH facilities within the basement area of the UK's first Nhow Hotel.

DIAMOND POINT SIMULATOR CENTRE (CAE)

The project includes jumbo stud partitions, high-quality finishes from Siniat and British Gypsum, Ecophon ceilings, and Dulux coatings, along with 140 doors and mastic for wet areas.

An office reconfiguration with light box bulkheads, new toilets and reception using British Gypsum, and decorative coatings supplied by Dulux.

PAGE8 HOTEL

Our carpentry division installed pre-fabricated suite furniture and finishes for the first UK Page Hotel, which features 138 rooms, a rooftop restaurant, and coffee bar with views of Trafalgar Square, including desks, wardrobes, and decorative elements in communal areas.

BLACKSTONE HOUSE AND GARDEN COURT CHAMBERS 

The refurbishment of two landmark properties with floorboard removal, M&E installation, fire compartmentation, new office formations, and extensive decorative restorations, including sash window repairs.

RIVERSIDE HOUSE

This 11-storey building received over 11,000m² of coatings from Dulux Akzo Nobel and Zinnser. It features open-plan offices, six car lift lobbies with new washrooms, and two stair cores from basement to roof.

GRESHAM STREET

This 10-storey office refurbishment included 18,000m² of wall coatings, 8,000m² of ceiling coatings, and 3,000m² of specialist floor coatings, with demarcation graphics and a bronze finish for window frames, all completed by our in-house team.

CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY KEYNES BUILDING

We tiled 29 student apartments, applied Mapei tanking, installed Class O fire coating, and completed internal decoration, while our fire team handled firestopping for M&E routes.

GOSWELL ROAD

LDC Projects applied over 2,000m² of decorative coatings and wall coverings, including soffit and service spray in various RAL colors, Tektura wall coverings in meeting areas, and Akzo Nobel finishes across two levels of office space and the entrance reception.

CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY WILKINS BAR

We installed an acoustic partition and a Metsec framed partition for the new bar area, laid 300m² of porcelain tiles, decorated ornate Heritage moldings with Farrow & Ball and Little Green paints, and finished soffits with a Class A spray plaster for excellent acoustic absorption.

EDMONTON LIBRARY

Decorative coatings for the extensive refurbishment of the 5th storey of Edmonton Library, applying Zinnser All Coat to the soffit for a clean backdrop to the exposed M&E services, while using Akzo Nobel - Dulux Trade products to enhance new and existing partitions and woodwork.

HARLOW COLLEGE

During the summer break, three existing building blocks were refreshed with extensive repairs and decorative work using Akzo Nobel - Dulux Trade paints, while a new 900m² workshop area was finished with anti-slip floor paint from Watco.

ST GEORGE'S SCHOOL

Decorative coatings were applied in a newly constructed school across two floors, featuring Zinnser Allcoat Interior for the canteen and gym, Crown Trade for walls and woodwork, and a hand-painted mural in the corridors, prominently featuring the "St George's Cross."

WOODBRIDGE HOUSE

LDC Projects provided decorative coatings for a new assisted living block on Windsor Way, featuring 34 apartments, a reception area, outdoor garden space, and a communal rest area.

COLLEGE

LDC Projects applied decorative coatings in a new two-floor school, using Zinnser Allcoat Interior for the dance hall and music room, and Akzo Nobel Dulux Trade for walls and woodwork.

OCEAN COURT
NATIONAL MARITIME MUSEUM

We’re proud to have completed a major decorations project at the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich with Willmott Dixon Interiors, restoring a 50m x 50m atrium roof, 3,500m² of ornate masonry, 70 Georgian sash windows, and key interior features ahead of World Ocean Day 2025.
