Jumbo stud partitions were expertly utilized to create distinct office areas and simulator halls, reaching an impressive height of 11 meters and spanning the full 90 meters in length. We partnered with Siniat to incorporate their pre-finished Mega Deco panels, featuring concealed trims that provide exceptional aesthetics and sound performance for this expansive simulator space.

In addition, we constructed further office spaces, toilets, training rooms, stair cores, a restaurant, and a reception area using high-quality materials from British Gypsum. Their collaboration ensured that the appropriate partition types were employed throughout the project. In total, over 3,300 linear meters of partitions were installed.

Ecophon supplied the ceiling grid and tiles for all project areas, covering a substantial 7,000 square meters. Decorative coatings from Dulux were applied to all partitions, portal frames, woodwork, and new steel staircases, enhancing the visual appeal of the space. We also installed 140 doorsets supplied by Ahmarra, along with mastic applied to all wet areas, corridor floor junctions, and architraves, totaling 4,300 linear meters. This comprehensive approach has resulted in a beautifully finished environment that meets both functional and aesthetic needs.
