This impressive 10-storey building underwent a complete office refurbishment, featuring high-quality decorative finishes for all partitions, soffits, woodwork, and metalwork, using products from Dulux Akzo Nobel, Keim, and Watco. The project encompassed a total of 18,000 m² of wall coatings, 8,000 m² of ceiling coatings, and 3,000 m² of specialized floor coatings. Our in-house decoration team skillfully incorporated demarcation graphics to identify routes, bike parking, storage areas, and room identification.

Keim paints provided the specialized coatings for the blockwork walls and concrete frame in the basement areas, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. Additionally, we re-sprayed the internal window frames surrounding the upper nine levels of the building. These frames were meticulously masked and sprayed after hours, achieving a stunning deep metallic bronze finish from Akzo Nobel. This finish beautifully complemented the newly installed powder-coated frames that formed the atrium at the center of the floor plates, enhancing both the functionality and visual impact of the space.
