Cambridge University - Keyne's Building

We completed the floor and wall tiling for 29 student apartments, incorporating Mapei liquid tanking in the shower areas and the installation of elegant porcelain tiles throughout the bathroom suites. In addition, we applied a Class O spread of flame coating supplied by Envirograf to the concrete soffits in both the communal corridors and the student apartments, enhancing fire safety standards.

Following this, our team executed comprehensive internal decoration across all walls, soffits, and woodwork, ensuring a cohesive and inviting aesthetic. Our dedicated passive fire team also installed penetration and linear gap seal firestopping to the newly integrated mechanical and electrical routes, reinforcing the safety and integrity of the building. This project reflects our commitment to quality and safety in student accommodation.
