Alexandra House, Port of London Authority

We are currently delivering the BWIC (Builders Work in Connection) package as part of the redevelopment works at Alexandra House for the Port of London Authority.

This package supports the wider refurbishment and fit-out works by facilitating essential enabling and structural coordination tasks. Our scope includes the formation of openings and penetrations, structural supports for MEP installations, making good works, and general builder’s works required to integrate new systems seamlessly within the existing building fabric.

Our contribution plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of building services installations and maintaining the structural and architectural integrity of the redevelopment.
