Riverside House

This striking 11-storey building underwent a comprehensive decorative transformation, with all partitions, soffits, woodwork, and metalwork finished using premium products from Dulux Akzo Nobel and Zinsser. Our skilled spray division efficiently applied over 11,000 m² of coatings to walls and soffits, strategically working outside of regular hours to allow other key trades to operate during the day, ensuring the project remained on schedule.

The completed building features spacious open-plan office areas, six car lift lobbies with modern washrooms on each level, and two stair cores extending from the basement to the roof. This design not only enhances functionality but also elevates the aesthetic appeal of the space, making it a standout addition to the skyline.
